THE HEART OF MY WORK
I believe that well-being grows when people feel seen, supported, and safe to be themselves. Through yoga asana, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices, I aim to create spaces that invite curiosity, compassion, and embodiment: both on and off the mat.

At the core of my philosophy is santosha, the Sanskrit word for contentment and one of the niyamas, or personal observances of yoga. To me, santosha is the quiet joy that comes from meeting life exactly as it is, with presence and gratitude. It's not a passive acceptance, but an active practice of returning to peace within ourselves and our surroundings.

MY OFFERINGS
From personalized yoga and breathwork sessions to collaborative consulting and community workshops, my services invite you to reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit. I weave evidence-based psychology with ancient yogic wisdom to help you regulate, reflect, and come home to yourself. Every offering, from private sessions to community workshops, is shaped by one intention: to help others reconnect with their own inner resources and with one another. By fostering presence and belonging, I hope to contribute to a culture that allows and values sensitivity, slowness, and self-understanding.
